‘Empower’ Tour

The Black Carpenter, the Boston-based youth development program created by actor Brian White and Anna Cheshire Levitan, has been chosen to be part of the nationwide “Empower Me’’ tour put on by the United Negro College Fund/Historically Black Colleges & Universities. White, who costars on TNT’s “Men of a Certain Age’’ and is the son of Celtics great Jo Jo White, will cohost the national tour.
